Zero Tolerance for Politicians

Tolerance is a word used often when discussing other "beliefs" and other lifestyles. It has taken on a new age meaning more to the description of acceptance, rather than it's true meaning.
Miriam-Webster describes tolerance.
1
: capacity to endure pain or hardship :
2
a : sympathy or indulgence for beliefs or practices differing from or conflicting with one's own
Jesus Christ taught us to tolerate, that not all are going to believe on him. This carries a significant weight for us as mortals. We must understand that not all are going to see the light and give their heart to GOD. Christ' teachings however, did not include the acceptance of other beliefs. Yes, they exists. Yes, they are not the true way of GOD. No, you are not to accept those other beliefs as  a form of worship toward GOD.
"Straight is the path, but narrow is the way" words to live by indeed. In that life we use the teachings of GOD as our sole guiding principle. Nothing else comes close to what we as his children should use as our torch in the darkness. Why then, should we not use those teachings as a guiding principle in our politics. Tolerance has no place in politics. It is a defiant use of an Anti-Christ to push the guiding principle of our lives, GOD, out of our governance.
We must never accept the straying of our leaders away from Christian principle. NEVER!
Hold them accountable for their actions, and pray for divine guidance in their policy making. Let your politicians know that you are watching them, and praying for them. Let them know that you will hold them accountable for their actions.
To tolerate the lifestyles of non believers, is to see that they are straying from GOD, and to pray for the intervention in their life to steer them back toward the Father.
We should never abuse, nor mistreat any individual that can not clearly see the Light, we must do all that we can to show them the true guiding principles that can save their life. The word of GOD.
We as Christians should never accept anything less from ourselves as GOD's children.

Daily Chuckles..

An atheist was spending a quiet day fishing when suddenly his boat was attacked by the Loch Ness monster. In one easy flip, the beast tossed him and his boat at least a hundred feet into the air. It then opened it's mouth waiting below to swallow them both.

As the man sailed head over heels and started to fall towards the open jaws of the ferocious beast he cried out, "Oh, my God! Help me!"

Suddenly, the scene froze in place and as the atheist hung in midair a booming voice came out of the clouds and said, "I thought you didn't believe in Me!"

"God, come on, give me a break!" the man pleaded, "Just seconds ago I didn't believe in the Loch Ness monster either!"

"Well," said God, "now that you are a believer you must understand that I won't work miracles to snatch you from certain death in the jaws of the monster, but I can change hearts. What would you have me do?"

The atheist thinks for a minute then says, "God, please have the Loch Ness Monster believe in You also."

God replies, "So be it." The scene starts in motion again with the atheist falling towards the ravenous jaws of the monster. The Loch Ness Monster folds his claws together and says, "Lord, bless this food You have so graciously provided...

Sarah was reading a newspaper, while her husband was engrossed in a magazine. Suddenly, she burst out laughing.

"Listen to this," she said. "There's a classified ad here where a guy is offering to swap his wife for a season ticket to the stadium."

"Hmmm," her husband said, not looking up from his magazine.

Teasing him, Sarah said, "Would you swap me for a season ticket?"

"Absolutely not," he said.

"How sweet," Sarah said. "Tell me why not."

"Season's more than half over," he said.

"I just checked the health/weight chart at the gym and it turns out that I'm four inches too short."

A large, two-engined train was making its way across America. While crossing the Western mountains, one of the engines broke down. "No problem, we can make it to Denver and get a replacement engine there," the engineer thought, and carried on at half power. Farther on down the line (if you didn't guess by now), the other engine broke down, and the train came to a standstill in the middle of nowhere.

The engineer needed to inform the passengers about why the train had stopped, and always trying to look on the bright side of things, made the following announcement: "Ladies and Gentlemen, I have some good news and some bad news. The bad news is that both engines have failed, and we will be stuck here for some time until the additional engines arrive. The good news is that you didn't take this trip in a plane!"

me n’ God love ya <:))))><

Why is the Next Presidential Election Important?

Many of you don't like to mix politics and religion. If you are dead set against them being talked about together, go ahead and leave now. Go ahead, we'll wait until the room clears if we have to. It won't stop us from talking about them, or standing up for the truth.
It is my belief that Satan uses excuses like those, to keep us from having GOD in all aspects of our life. Excuses like "you can't mix politics and religion" mean that someone wants to do something less than upright, and truthful before GOD.
This post is to instruct you otherwise. You are not only supposed to mix politics and religion, they should have never been separated to begin with. At no time has GOD said, do not put my name in the hearts and minds of your leaders. In fact he wants us to pray with, and for our leaders, so that we can all raise our voices up as one to him.
That is why our country was blessed to begin with, so that we could worship him as we please. Not so that we could leave him at the curb of Pennsylvania Avenue while we as men dictate our country's future.
Furthermore, we are not to accept the laying to waste of the National Day of Prayer. This world needs prayer, now more than it ever has. Who in their right mind would tell you otherwise?
Unfortunately, the President of the United States, that's who.
Now, if you had shown up at the White House on the starting day of Ramadan(sp) with your prayer rug, and Qua-ran, you would have been accepted as a believer. Since you were not there, you are among the masses as an infidel.
We can not allow this type of thought take control of our country. Just as we must not allow the evil that has befallen a large part of Congress to continue to make life altering decisions for us as Americans.
Learn all you can about your Congressional candidates, go to their public speeches. If you do not like what you hear, find another one. Do this until you find a candidate, or become a candidate. It is up to us to change Congress, and the White House. Let's turn them back over to GOD.

Go out and VOTE!

Politics & Religion - Tackling the tough post..

I have been wanting to write this for a long time. It has taken me years to get to this position of having my own blog for Christian principles, and trying to live life the right way. There is just no way to get around this. It is our responsibility to insure that our politicians are grounded in a strong foundation of faith.

You see, God does not see us as Republicans and Democrats. He sees us as his. Plain, simple, truth.

The national and local news broadcasts provides us with information that can not be ignored. I am not talking about the side discussions, the political shows, or the very slanted views of far right winged broadcasters or those on the left either. I am talking about the headlines. That is about all you can count on as "truth" in television journalism these days. All the other talking points and such are filled with slanted opinion and biased reporting.

All of that was to say this. I will not endorse any television company, nor will I trash one either. I will not believe an entire news broadcast, I will however, research the headlines, when they warrant attention.

It is our responsibility to insure we have the correct knowledge of each politician we vote for, therefore we must disseminate the truth from the headlines in the news. Of course, when the headline reads like this..
PROVIDENCE, R.I. - A congressman who sent an X-rated photo of himself jeopardized his reputation and his job. But in many states, teens caught doing the same thing can risk felony charges, jail time and being branded sexual offenders.
It is our responsibility in this case to insure this man never gets elected or selected in politics of any form. Keeping this kind of individual out of leadership roles in our government is paramount to our Lord, and should be equally important to us as Christians.

I will have another post up soon describing the importance of the upcoming elections, and what we as Christians can do to stem the tide of those who wish to see us fail.
Until then, keep the faith. And GOD bless.

Are You Comfortable?

Think long and hard about that question in the title. If you have your life close to what you want it to be, are you comfortable? If your job is secure and pays well, are you comfortable?
If there are clothes on your back, that you like and they fit well, are you comfortable? If you have your choice of food or the ability to pick any restaurant you want for a meal, are you comfortable?
We could go on and on with this line of questions, but I think you get my point. We as Christians need to reach out more to help those in our communities to be more comfortable. You could clean out your closet, and donate all of those nice clothes, that no longer fit to your local Christian Mission store. You will help keep someone in a job, and allow those less fortunate than you to purchase quality clothing at a fraction of the department store prices.
We all know what our country is going through, without going into politics, we need to help other Americans now, more than ever. Remember also, that those non-Americans that are in our country, are here because we live in the land of milk and honey. A blessing in itself.
Do the Christian deeds that show your faith and belief in Jesus Christ.
